pertinent facts with you. This process historically takes about 5 minutes –
sometimes less or a bit more if the issue is more complex.

We'll answer your question(s) immediately!
We’ll give you an immediate solution, right over the phone, if we can.
If your issue requires some research we will do all of the
legwork, at no cost to you. Remember, we only charge for the
telephone time. We then promptly call you back with the solution. Again,
you pay only for the time spent on the phone discussing your tax
situation and it’s resolution. Additionally, upon your request, we can
fax, email or mail to you any of the supporting documentation used in arriving
at our opinion.

Additional follow-up if you need!
We keep records of every call so
returning to your issue after you review our opinion is
easy. Simply call us back; the return call may or may not require a
charge. We’re here to help you and your client get the best tax position
the code and regs allow.

of the call
The charge (for the phone time only) will
appear on your credit card or will reduce the level of your pre-paid
package of minutes. There is no annual fee or minimum charge.
